Quatermass is a brilliant mind whose dedication to scientific method and problem-solving has given him the ability to reason out problems quickly. While not really a power, Quatermass’s ability to problem-solve have saved mankind more than once. Once per game In cases where Quatermass needs to make a specific knowledge-based Reason FEAT to resolve an issue or gain information, Quatermass can spend karma after the fact to increase his result. Quatermass may also spend karma to affect results based on his discoveries/theories/etc.

Limitations:
Quatermass is a normal human man in his late 40s/early 50s. As such, he has all the standard limitations. Furthermore, Quatermass has the following limitations:

• Responsibility: Quatermass feels morally responsible to helping mankind and to personally preventing dangerous threats from harming humanity. Quatermass’s responsibility is always at the forefront of his actions, along with a strict morale code.
