Tarot is a witch, although she claims not to be a 'master witch' as of yet, charged with protecting the innocent and forging understanding of the blessed way. As such, Tarot has a wide range of mystical powers, some of which include:

The full extent of Tarot's powers have yet to be fully revealed, but it is assumed as she gets older she will grow in power.

Tarot's sword and armor: Tarot's symbolic sword and armor provide her with greater power. Despite the skimpy aspects of the leather armor, Tarot's garments provide her with personal invulnerability to non-magical powers at Rm (30), while her sword is considered made of Mn (75) material and able to halve body armor effectiveness as well as sever mystical enchantments at the same rank (Unlike the soulsword per say, it will damage those who are struck by it).

Sworn to protect the innocent: Tarot upholds the rule of three and has sworn to protect the innocent, even at the cost of her own life

Public Scruitiny: Tarot is often the victim of a misinformed public, something she campaigns against the false perception of Wicca.
Public Identity: While the general public isn't aware of Rowan being Tarot, she does not bother to disguise the fact, and very public in the mystical community.
